This position is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, maintaining quality standards, and following all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Fill paint products in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manner.* Accurately label and package materials in compliance with applicable DOT requirements.* Operate air-powered mixing equipment.* Perform housekeeping activities, including cleaning tanks, spray booths, and other equipment associated with coatings manufacturing.* Load and unload materials and components as required.* Mask and unmask parts, perform touch-up and rework activities, and process rejected materials.* Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.* Operate hoists and other material-handling equipment as required.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.* Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications, Knowledge, and Abilities:* Ability to respond to changing production priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.* Ability to comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and protocols.* Ability to safely handle flammable materials in accordance with established procedures.* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, including understanding and following written and verbal instructions.* Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and convert between English and metric units of measure.* Ability to wear and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.* Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the work shift.* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.* High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.Work Environment:* Work is performed in a manufacturing environment involving paints, solvents, and other industrial materials.* Exposure to odors, noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures may occur.* Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, protective clothing, and respiratory protection when applicable.* Employees are expected to follow all safety, environmental, and quality requirements.If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
