The IUBAC District Council Training Center’s mission is to supply our Signatory Contractors with the finest trained craftworkers in the Brick, Marble, Plaster, Pointing Cleaning and Caulking, Tile, and Terrazzo trades. Through our affiliation with the Bricklayers International Union (Founded 1865) and the International Masonry institute (Founded 1971), our goal is to improve our members' quality of life, on and off the job, through access to quality training that results in safe working conditions and solidarity among members

Starting wages is $25.00 plus health and retirement benefits

Housing allowance
Months 1 through 6Months 1-6 $3,438per month/mo
Months 7 through 12Months 7-12: $2,750per month/mo
Months 13 through 18Months 13-18: $2,063per month/mo
Months 19 through 24Months 19-24: $1,375per month/mo
Requirements
Applications are accepted throughout the year, Mondays through Fridays between 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, at the DCTC office. *NOTE APPLICANTIONS CLOSE EACH YEAR, if you miss the cut off date you may apply to the next year. Application date of closing is subject to change, but it typically the end of the first week of December.
