Job Summary and Qualifications
Position Summary
As a vital member of our Domain Cross-Functional Team, the Senior Innovation Analyst provides business and product expertise to support our "Innovation Led by Architecture" model – helping bridge the business-technology gap.
You will work in a dedicated partnership with Domain Architects, UX Designers, and Data & App Engineers to help discover and design strategic solutions. While Domain Architects provide the domain insights, you will be a key contributor, helping to translate those insights and stakeholder needs into actionable plans and contributing to the successful implementation of high-impact solutions and Proofs of Concept (POCs). Supported by enterprise-level guidance from our Enterprise Architects, you will resolve product issues, foster strong partnerships, and ensure the solutions developed by the team align with broader business goals.

Major Responsibilities:
Innovation Support & Discovery
• Supports innovation and problem discovery within the Domain Cross-Functional Team (pod), assisting in the identification, documentation, and evaluation of business needs for new solutions and prototypes.
• Assist in translating business/IT needs and strategic goals, identified in partnership with Domain Architects, into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist management in prioritization of work and tasks by providing data-driven insights on value, effort, and risk.
• Support operational adoption of innovation outputs by providing status, recommending solutions, and acting as a subject matter expert for reference architectures and validated prototypes.
• Participate in the strategic design and implementation of solutions in the innovation portfolio.
Innovation Delivery & Stakeholder Management
• Support communication between business and technology, helping to clarify the business implications of technical decisions to stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Create, maintain, and update innovation documentation (including data analysis, functional requirements, and prototype validation plans), acting as an expert on the assigned innovations.
• Support the successful design, construction, and implementation of solutions to ensure they meet desired business outcomes.
• Contribute to the successful delivery and validation of working prototypes (POCs), ensuring they meet desired business/IT outcomes.
ETA Domain Innovation Support
• Serve as a subject matter expert for domain technology and processes, helping innovate and solution with cross-functional team members.
Communication/Documentation
• Responsible for communicating via multiple media, including but not limited to WebEx conference calls, in-person participation, and via written documentation across audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels within and outside the organization.
• Contribute to the documentation of discovery artifacts, user stories, and acceptance criteria necessary during the innovation lifecycle and discovery.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team.
• Experience with change management policy and procedures.
• Experience working with diverse and complex projects.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing and strengthening relationships.
• Detail-oriented and analytical with organization skills.
• Meets or exceeds project deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize multiple activities and tasks simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong problem and issue resolution skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet changing priorities.
• Experience with business/functional requirement writing preferred.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in specifically related role and responsibilities required
Licenses, Certifications, & Training:
• PMP Certification and Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
